Returns

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Most items purchased from apartswarehouse.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment (items must be in new condition, may be subject to a restocking fee and special-order items may not be refundable).

Refunds will be processed within five business days of our receipt of the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless the return is a result of our error.
